Persistent Systems recruits from Martian Program, a five-week program which is conducted every year. It mostly is a training program for the freshers. Those who clear the test are eligible for the recruitment process. For my recruitment, 3 interviews (2 technical and 1 HR) were conducted online. In technical interviews, they asked me about the projects I did, some questions from my resume.
Prathamesh Moharkar, Co-founder and CEO of Cognizant India, spoke about the company's recruitment process. He said, "It has multiple technical rounds to check your technical skills they provide you certain problem to solve during interview along with some theory questions so being ready for that is always trait of good candidate." Moharkar added, "With this also make sure to do some certification like GCP or AWS."
A student of Computer Engineering and Information Technology has said that he was selected for HR Discussion after he solved three intermediate level programming question and two SQL queries. "After solving successfully he informed me that he is selecting me for HR Discussion," the student added. He further said that the interviewer told him that he is selected for next round.
